Travel with experienced and knowledgeable guides as you wind your way through the sand tracks which crisscross the island. Travel from Brisbane, past the Glasshouse Mountains and the gold mining town of Gympie to Rainbow Beach, where you will catch the barge to the southern point of Fraser Island.
Drive along 75 Mile Beach with the Pacific Ocean crashing onto the beach beside you. Visit Eli Creek where you can experience floating down the creek which flows daily into the ocean. See the spectacular coloured sands and the large sand blows, and see the final resting place of the Maheno shipwreck.

Itinerary
Day 1: Travelling north from Brisbane the group passes the Glass House Mountains and Sunshine Coast before swapping vehicles at Noosaville. Depart Noosa by heading across the Noosa river via cable ferry crossing taking you deep into the Cooloola National Park and highlighting the Teewah or Rainbow Beach coloured sands. After catching the barge over to Fraser Island we travel along 75 mile Beach before heading to Central Station or Pile Valley for a guided rainforest walk. It's now time for an Aussie BBQ lunch with beverages, followed by a refreshing swim in either Lake McKenzie or Lake Birrabeen.
Day 2: Enjoy a buffet breakfast at Eurong Beach Resort before visiting Lake Wabby or Rainbow Gorge Sandblow, then off the infamous Eli Creek for a quick swim. Visit the Maheno Shipwreck and enjoy a bakery fresh lunch before heading down the remote 75 Mile Beach and then travelling back to the ferry across to Rainbow Beach and head home. The tour arrives back to Brisbane at approximately 6.00pm.
